Not only does the GiftCard promote efficiency and customer loyalty, it is also extremely easy to handle. Here’s how it works.

 - You can make your initial GiftCard order once the contract has been signed. SIX Multi Solutions records all the necessary data (merchant, product features, POS articles, etc.).
- Once the order has been placed, you receive a login and a password for the online portal, where you can upload your company name or company logo. A card configurator then shows you what the GiftCards will look like. Please note that the cards are not produced until the data has been entered and payment received.
- SIX Multi Solutions sends you the ordered cards by mail – and you can start selling.
- Your customer buys a GiftCard and pays for it like any other item, using whatever means of payment is preferred (credit or debit card, cash).
- You activate the GiftCard using the “Activate GiftCard” function on your POS or terminal and enter the desired amount. Activation takes place via the terminal. If this is successful, a receipt is printed showing the amount loaded together with the expiry date.
- Shopping with the GiftCard is done in the same way as with other payment cards, although the customer does not need to enter a PIN code or provide a signature when using a GiftCard to pay.
